In 2017 we engaged Simon to do a renovation on our 1958 fibro house in Seven Hills. The works included an additional bedroom with ensuite, new roof with re-pitching, hardwood flooring, new framing, new footings, a massive hardwood deck, and front fence and privacy screen, amongst many other features.
Simon was on the ball from the word go; from the initial quotation to beginning the works, nothing was a problem. During the job he was approachable and easy to deal with, especially when extra or unforeseen issues came up.

Simon (SR Building & Renovations) completed a full renovation on our home in 2018, this included walk in wardrobe, large hardwood deck and roof, Joinery, Cladding and internal refurbishment. The project was extensive as the house had been rented for many years and run down. There was extensive demolition and rebuilding involved so the project had the potential to be highly stressful.

However, stress was totally minimized, we were overwhelmed and extremely happy with the process and the result. Simon is highly professional, friendly, polite, tidy and respectful with a great work ethic. Simon works to highest quality and standards and takes pride in every small detail, the joinery and attention to detail is second to none.

Simon was great at providing design and aesthetic advice for all aspects of the project and all work was performed beautifully. The site was kept tidy and liveable and nothing was a problem, he treated our home like his own. Communication was open, we were kept in the loop the whole time, there were no surprises. Progress payments and quote management was transparent no surprises. Once the project was in its final stages the Simon ensured every tiny detail was finished and completed to our satisfaction.
